Wanted Spotlight Demographics Members of the Agency internal affairs department and Family or Triad members of any rank. People of color and characters over the age of thirty-five are encouraged. For a list of all desired characters and roles, please check the character requests. 
Mayor Jonathan Wright is generally disliked because of his strict policy. He follows traditional conservatism; he's not only stubborn, but also narrow-minded, to boot. He supports censorship, police aggression and preemptive military action to “protect” the general public.

This area has the most exciting nightlife, but just outside of the well-developed pockets, the slums wait for pretty party-goers to become lost. The most crimes occur here.
